Super Bowl Special: Smoked Boston Butt Pork roast sale

Having a Super Bowl party, or simply looking to save yourself some time in the kitchen? The Alton R-IV Public Schools Foundation is selling hickory smoked, whole bone-in Boston Butt pork roasts. Each roast will weigh approximately 7 pounds, and are $20 per roast. The roasts will be smoked by some of our Foundation members, so the only thing left to finish them will be to heat and then serve. Time constraints only allow us to smoke a certain number of roasts, and we sold well over 1/2 of our roasts within the first week, so if you are interested you had better not hesitate before they’ve all be accounted for! Roasts can be purchased by contacting any Foundation member [click here].

You can pickup your roast(s) at the High School kitchen door (located by the loading dock) at the following dates/times:

Friday, February 5, 4pm-6pm
Saturday, February 6th, 9am-10am

Proceeds will go toward our special project, which is the purchase of a mobile computer lab for the High School.
