A staple for the Alton R-IV Public Schools Foundation is the annual gun raffle, and this year’s raffle is once again a Remington Model 770, which is available in a variety of calibers. The winner will be able to select from: 243 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington, 270 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield, 308 Winchester, 7mm Remington Mag, 300 Winchester Mag.
Tickets are $1 each, or 6 for $5, and will be available at the Foundation booth at this year’s Black Gold Walnut Festival on October 5th, or from any Foundation board member.
